Arrive at your appointment well-rested, hydrated and ideally make up free.
-
Plan 1 week of no major events in case you bruise (unlikely but can happen)

-
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption 24 hours prior to your appointment.
-
After your Botox treatment, it’s important to follow proper aftercare instructions to maximise the effects and minimise any side effects.
After Botox injections it is normal to have small bumps at the injection site. Please do not touch or manipulate them. These will usually disappear themselves within 30 minutes or so after treatment.
-
Avoid touching or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours.
-
Avoid any exercise for 24 hours.
-
Avoid anything that may cause excessive sweating (e.g. sauna/steam rooms) for 48 hours

After your dermal filler treatment, it’s important to follow proper aftercare instructions to maximise the effects and minimise any side effects.
It is expected that you will see an improvement immediately following treatment, though the final result is expected up to 4 weeks later as the product fully integrates with the tissue and the swelling settles. It is normal in this period to ‘feel’ or see the filler as prominent or hard- this tends to settle down on its own within weeks as it becomes at one with the tissues.
It is also normal that the filler can be mobile in the first few hours after treatment- as such we ask you not to touch it or massage it unless otherwise instructed.
-
Redness and swelling are normal. Bruising may also be visible.
-
To minimise bacteria to injection sites, avoid touching the injected area for 24 hours. Keep hair and phone away from the treated area for several hours.
-
Avoid wearing makeup for 24 hours. When resuming makeup, please use clean brushes and sponges.
-
Avoid excessive heat or strenuous exercise for 24 hours which may cause increased bruising.
-
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
-
Avoid laying on your face or applying pressure to the treated areas for the first week after treatment.
-
If a cold sore develops, please reach out to the clinic and medication may be prescribed.
-
Avoid any other facial treatments for a minimum of 2 weeks after treatment.

Avoid extended UV exposure until any redness/swelling has subsided. Be sure to apply an SPF 30 or higher sunscreen.
